Bud loves his work and genuinely cares about his clients; and it shows. He is humbled by his many praises, like “You changed my mind about realtors” and “You will be my realtor for life,” which he finds deeply rewarding. His philosophy is to always do right by others and do business with integrity. “The real estate process is notoriously complex and overwhelming, and his goal is to bring empathy, ease, clarity and transparency to every transaction.”
Bud is also known for his strong grasp of the market, acquired by constantly studying trends, financial climates, as well as the history of an area. He strives to provide clients with thorough insights on the lifestyle and culture of a neighborhood, so they can make an informed decision. His specialty is luxury homes in Orange County, with a focus on coastal properties from Huntington Beach to Dana Point, but his scope spans all price ranges.
Born and raised in Huntington Beach, CA, Bud now lives in Corona Del Mar. He enjoys working with his neighbors and being the local real estate problem solver! His 25+years in sales, marketing, advertising, negotiations and client services in the Orange County area prepared him well for a successful real estate career. Bud helped launch several companies in the luxury goods or action sport industries. His creative side complements his strategic thinking, sharp negotiating and hands-on client-centric approach.

He holds a California Real Estate License, and a Home Improvement Salesman (HIS) License.
Bud has built a beautiful life with his girlfriend and partner Johanna, a former publicist-turned-realtor, with whom he runs Ocean Collective. They are very active socially, love traveling, dining out and are involved with many local causes. He is an avid surfer, plays tennis regularly, and was a competitive soccer player in his youth. Bud is also learning Spanish, and involved in a variety of philanthropic causes, which includes hosting an annual charity wood racket tennis tournament.
