A third-generation homebuilder at the core, Gregory grew up swinging a hammer. His grandfather, father, and uncles bestowed upon him their master-building skills, and inspired his passion for real estate.
Gregory holds a Master of Interior Architecture and Design from Marywood University and has been involved in real estate development for over two decades. After college, he worked in commercial architecture and design in northeast PA, on such notable projects as the Mount Airy Casino Resort in the Pocono Mountains, and college campus centers throughout the northeast like Misericordia University, Moravian College, and Mansfield University.
In 2009, his first residential design firm was created, with a focus on historic preservation and adaptive reuse of the northeast’s unique homes. Gregory also held leadership roles within the International Interior Design Association, and as Chair of the School of Design for ITT Tech; plus he enjoyed many semesters as an adjunct professor at Marywood U.
After his move to Orange County, CA in 2014, he created a design firm with a focus on private practice dental offices. This allowed him to travel nationwide both as a designer and an industry expert and motivational speaker, touting the importance of the patient experience in a healthcare environment. In 2018, Gregory became the lead designer on a new luxury home in Irvine. The success of this project fueled the growth of his design firm and its new division specializing in the luxury design market.
The culmination of his experiences resulted in his desire to become a Real estate agent and offer full-service accommodations of design and sales to his clients. Gregory’s expertise is in the luxury residential market of Orange County, CA. His true forte, however, is providing outstanding service, with the purest intention to always do what’s right by his buyers and sellers.
Gregory resides in Irvine, CA. As a lover of the built environment including indoor and outdoor spaces, and of the planning process that goes into great design, he is proud to call home a city that is highly respected as a top US living destination. When not working, he enjoys walks on Laguna Beach, hikes and travels with his partner and their two dogs.
