Armed with a Business Degree from the University of Connecticut, this Puerto Rico and East Coast native spent years in higher education – University of Oklahoma and the MBA program at University of California, Irvine – before transitioning into a Public Relations career with a well-known Orange County PR firm. Johanna established herself with clients in the restaurant, travel, entertainment, event, maritime, and religious sectors and has worked extensively with national and international media. Her personality, expertise, and background in customer relations, sales, and marketing have made her the savvy communications professional that Modern Luxury Magazine Orange County calls “a PR Powerhouse”; skills that are XX her a real estate star. Johanna started and runs Ocean Collective with her business and life partner, Bud Mastropaolo.
